Phil Cartwright

Phillip is has been in the investment industry since 2000. Prior to that, Phil was very involved in sports. He spent over 9 years playing professional basketball including a short time with the New York Knicks and Seattle Super Sonics. Phil also traveled extensively in Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Greece, and Poland as well as Chili, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico during his basketball career. In 2000, he joined R. W. Baird where he spent 7 years. In 2007 he moved to Morgan Stanley and then joined Woodbury Financial Services in 2009.

When dealing with his clients, Phil looks forward to creating a long-term relationship with them. He approaches each client individually and he respects and admires the differences among his clients. Phil believes each client requires his or her own unique care and attention. This is especially important when pro actively managing his clients’ accounts. Phil handles both individual and corporate 401k accounts.

He currently lives in the Appleton area with his 4 children. Phil spends as much quality time as he can with his family enjoying fishing, basketball, cooking and golfing.
